Alaska is a land filled with opportunity, and for more than 20 years, Tina has worked with natural resource developers, Alaska Native Corporations, and regulated utilities to accomplish their goals in our northernmost state. She has assisted clients in negotiating key agreements for project development and operations, acquiring various permits and government approvals, including those from the Alaska Department of Natural Resources, the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation, and the Alaska Oil & Gas Conservation Commission, and closing financing transactions. Whether it involves navigating complex regulatory schemes or creating a path forward where one didn’t exist before, Tina enjoys helping clients solve problems and get things done.
In its annual survey of America’s best attorneys for business, Chambers and Partners has reported that Tina is “excellent, very savvy” and a “great lawyer.” Her clients also have praised her ability to “spot the traps and pitfalls, and … advise on how to make the transaction straightforward.”
Tina is the practice group leader for Stoel Rives’ Environment, Land Use & Natural Resources group. She previously served as the Anchorage Office Managing Partner.
