Curt Shaffer's work experience includes serving as the CEO of Stockton Maintenance Group, Inc. since 2016. Before that, they worked as the CFO at CSI International, Inc. from 2012 to 2015, where they were responsible for financial, accounting, HR, IT, legal, and strategic business development. Prior to that, they held the role of President & CFO at Vayan Marketing Group from 2008 to 2011, overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, finance, accounting, payroll, HR, sales, marketing, and legal departments. Before that, they were the SVP National Director of Finance & Operations at PromoWorks from 2006 to 2008, where they managed finance and operations across multiple offices in North America.

Curt Shaffer obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987.
