Elizabete Silkalne is a Payroll Specialist at Stockmann since July 2023, responsible for accurately processing payroll and preparing payroll records. Previously, Elizabete held the position of Talent Attraction and Recruitment Specialist at Stockmann from October 2021 to February 2023, managing the full recruitment cycle and collaborating with hiring managers. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Stockmann and at Aldaris, part of the Carlsberg Group, during June to August 2021. Elizabete is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Latvijas Universitate and has participated in an Erasmus+ program at the University of Rijeka, focusing on International Business.
