Gill Rees serves as the Chief People & Stakeholder Engagement Officer at Stockland since September 2024. Previously, Gill held the position of Global Head of HR, Transformation, Technology & Operations at Standard Chartered Bank from October 2019 to August 2024, overseeing human capital needs across various sectors in 57 countries. With substantial experience in human resources, Gill was the Executive General Manager of Human Resources at Commonwealth Bank of Australia from 2012 to 2019 and spent 14 years at Lloyds Banking Group, where responsibilities included leading the development of the Learning strategy and serving as HR Director for various divisions. Gill Rees holds a BSc in Management Science from Aston University.
