Simon Andersson currently serves as Presschef at Stockholms Handelskammare, where efforts focus on making Stockholm the best capital region in Europe. Prior experience includes roles such as Press- och kommunikationschef for Socialdemokraterna i Stockholmsregionen, overseeing crisis and communication strategies, and serving as Pressekreterare for various ministers in the Swedish Government. Andersson's career also features experience with the non-profit organization Inte rasist men, highlighting intolerance, and a position as Kommunikatör at Kommunal. Education was completed at Schillerska gymnasiet in the Samhällsvetenskapliga programmet, Samhällsvetenskap. Andersson was honored as an ELSA-pristagare by the Svenska kommittén mot antisemitism in 2016.
