Catharina Roos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and coaching, currently serving as Vice President and co-owner of Welcome Hotel i Barkarby AB since 1985. Roos has played significant roles in various organizations, including membership in Roos & Shine and the women’s network Nätverket Mod och Makt, while also holding honorary positions at Stockholms Handelskammare. With a strong focus on entrepreneurship for youth through former leadership in Ung Företagsamhet Stockholm, Roos has been active in networking and development initiatives, notably as a network leader for Leadership Development at Stockholms Handelskammare. The educational background includes a Fil.kand degree in Political Science, Sociology, and History from Stockholm University.
