Randy Poelman is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in customer service, education, and event organization. Currently serving as a Sales Representative & Customer Service at Tourism Group International since February 2024, Randy previously worked as a time travel guide at TimeRide, facilitating immersive virtual reality experiences that educate visitors about historical events. Additional experience includes roles at Phantasialand Schmidt-Löffelhardt GmbH & Co. KG as rollercoaster staff, Teleperformance as a Customer Service Agent during the coronavirus pandemic, and at Merlin Entertainments as a commercial host at The Dungeon in Amsterdam. Randy also has teaching experience, having served as a trainee German teacher at both UniC Utrecht and C. Huygens College, and founded and organized The Halloween Event, overseeing volunteers and marketing efforts.
