Kristen Taylor has a diverse work experience across various industries. Kristen started their career as an Escrow Coordinator at Karpe Real Estate Center in 1996. In 1998, they joined Fidelity National Title as a Title Rep, where they solicited business and gained experience in real property issues. In 2000, they moved to Site Development Service, Inc. as a Construction Project Manager and Owners Representative, overseeing the construction of commercial real estate projects and working closely with engineers, architects, and tenants. From 2005 to 2022, Kristen worked at Valley Bible Fellowship, initially as a Business Administrator and later as a Women's Ministry Leadership. Kristen handled budgeting, event planning, and outreach opportunities for the church community. In 2022, they joined Stockdale Solar as a Business Administrator and later took on the role of Controller in 2023.

Kristen Taylor attended West Bakersfield High School from 1989 to 1992, where they completed their high school education. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth) from Westmont College from 1992 to 1996.
