Amy Kohler Sullivan is an accomplished leader in merchandising with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as the Head of Merchandising for Men's and Kids at Stitch Fix since December 2019, Amy also held the role of Senior Director of Merchandising, focusing on Women's Ready-to-Wear. Prior to Stitch Fix, Amy was the Director of Merchandising at MakerSights, where significant partnerships were established with brands such as Nike and J. Crew. Amy's career includes a strategic management role at Birchbox, contributing to company-wide strategy and international expansion efforts, in addition to serving as a Senior Merchant at Abercrombie & Fitch, overseeing strategy for women's shirts. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Duke University and an MBA in Strategy and Operations from Georgetown University.
