Kushal D S is an accomplished professional in the field of education with extensive experience in curriculum development, program implementation, and educational leadership. Currently serving as a District Lead at STIR Education, Kushal mentors district officials in fostering intrinsic motivation within the education system and collaborates with state education departments for strategic initiatives. Previously, as a Curriculum Specialist at Udhyam Learning Foundation, Kushal designed and implemented an entrepreneurial mindset curriculum across multiple districts in Karnataka. Additional roles include serving as an Academic Consultant for math curriculum development at TIDE Learning Systems, founding and leading an alternative school, and contributing to various educational initiatives as a teacher educator, content developer, and school principal. Kushal holds a Master of Education degree from Azim Premji University and a bachelor's degree from Maharaja Institute of Technology, Karnataka.
