Maaike Westland is an experienced HR professional with a background in strategic human resource management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at SVn since December 2024, Maaike has held various leadership roles, including Business Lead and Talent Manager at Rvdb from March 2023 to November 2024, and Manager People & Culture a.i. at Flux Partners in early 2023. Previous positions include significant contributions at Rvdb over several years, where responsibilities encompassed leadership team participation and the management of HR interim professionals and recruitment functions. Maaike has also worked as an HR advisor and project manager for several organizations, providing strategic HR guidance and leading change management initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Utrecht University and a Bachelor’s in Personnel & Labour.
