Irma Versteeg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and change management. Currently serving as Manager Operations Change en IT at SVn since September 2018, Irma has held various managerial roles, including interim manager operations and change manager. Prior to SVn, Irma worked as a consultant for VvAA, focusing on the transition to self-organization and personal effectiveness coaching. A sabbatical was taken from December 2017 to May 2018. Irma's career at ING Nederland spanned from November 2003 to 2017, where significant responsibilities included managing customer service and operations in both the investment and personal banking sectors, overseeing large teams and processes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Commercial Economics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
