Evan Cooper is a research associate at The Stimson Center, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this role, Evan served as the associate director at the New American Engagement Initiative within the Atlantic Council from 2020 to September 2022. Academically, Evan holds a master's degree in Security Studies from Georgetown University, earned between 2017 and 2019, and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Chapman University, obtained from 2012 to 2015.
