Roman Cigler is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Regional Controller for Central & Eastern Europe at STIEBEL ELTRON Group since August 2019. Responsibilities include financial oversight, managing profitability, and supporting internal control mechanisms across multiple countries. Prior roles include Group Business Controller at Apelby Communications, where Roman led controlling efforts and project management, and Senior CS Advisor & Business Analyst at LEGO Group, managing supply chain operations for TESCO in Central Europe. Previous experience includes logistics and billing management at Nike, junior accounting roles at LUKOIL and Procter & Gamble. Roman holds an MBA in Business Intelligence from EDU Effective Business School and a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, and History from the University of Economics in Prague.
