Matthias Goldbach has extensive experience in product development and management, currently serving as the Head of Product Development at STIEBEL ELTRON Gruppe since August 2021. Prior to this role, Matthias held the position of Produktion Segment Manager at Vitesco Technologies from October 2019 to August 2021 and at Continental from February 2006 to October 2019, along with a tenure as Head of Projectmanagement during the same period. Earlier career highlights include the role of Projektmanager at SiemensVdo from September 1996 to January 2006, and as Konstrukteur at Manpower Personal-dienstleistungen from 1994 to 1996.
