Fabian Ripke has a strong background in engineering and product management, currently serving as Produktmanager Heizungswärmepumpen at STIEBEL ELTRON Gruppe since March 2021. Prior experience includes an internship and bachelor thesis in R&D for ventilation devices at the same company, focusing on air quality and air quality sensors, as well as a role as a Werkstudent at IAV Automotive Engineering, Inc., where work involved process and change management for axles, wheels, and tyres. Fabian also completed a five-month internship in both R&D and product management for ventilation systems at STIEBEL ELTRON Gruppe. Education was completed at Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Maschinenbau from 2016 to 2020.
