Fleur Dekker is an experienced orthopedagogist currently serving as a member of the Beleidsgroep Passend Onderwijs at Stichting Veldvest since September 2016, where responsibilities include conducting diagnostic assessments and developing policies for inclusive education. Fleur has also been a behavior specialist with Aloysius Stichting at Rungraaf Scholing en Advies since March 2013, supporting children with behavioral and developmental issues. Previous roles include positions at SG De Keyzer as a behavioral scientist, REC Chiron as an ambulant counselor and psychosocial trainer, and various other positions in educational and family support settings. Fleur holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Orthopedagogiek from the University of Groningen and a Master Special Educational Needs from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
