Ronald Klok serves as Teamleider at Stichting Sociale Wijkteams Arnhem since January 2017, overseeing two wijkteams comprised of approximately 45 coaches. In this role, Ronald Klok focuses on guiding coaches as autonomous professionals and promoting self-organization within the teams. Prior to this, Ronald Klok worked as Clustermanager Welzijn at Rijnstad from January 2009 to December 2016, managing a team within a larger organization dedicated to social-cultural work and community services. Ronald Klok has extensive experience in labor market issues, having been active in supporting and mediating for unemployed individuals since 1987. Education includes a degree in Maatschappelijk Vastgoed en Gebiedsontwikkeling from SIOO and qualifications in coaching, pedagogy, and social work from BGL Partners/Hogeschool Arnhem/Nijmegen.
