Gerdien Hulleman has extensive experience in the field of social work, currently serving as a wijk coach jeugd at Stichting Sociale Wijkteams Arnhem since May 2020. Prior roles include frontoffice medewerker klantenbureau and trainer weerbaarheid at Pluryn, where Gerdien organized and facilitated resilience training for young women with mild intellectual disabilities. Additional experience at Pluryn encompasses positions as a personal guide in a mother and child house and as a group caregiver in a treatment group. Gerdien also worked as a work field expert at Viaa, participating in exam discussions, and has held various roles at InteraktContour, Stichting Philadelphia Zorg, and Pluryn Het Hietveld. Holding a bachelor’s degree in social work from Viaa, Gerdien has developed a robust background in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges.
