Geerte Boer has extensive experience in social work, particularly focusing on vulnerable children and families. Currently serving as a wijkcoach at Stichting Sociale Wijkteams Arnhem since September 2021, Geerte addresses the needs of families with children and young adults up to 23 years in specific Arnhem neighborhoods. Previous roles include working as a youth and family professional for Sante Partners and as a social pedagogical worker at Scauting Coaching & Detachering B.V., providing support to adults with autism. Geerte has also held positions that involved ambulant guidance for children and young people with various disorders, alongside significant leadership roles in organizing youth camps and events at the Nederlandse Jeugdbond voor Natuurstudie. Geerte holds a degree from Avans University of Applied Sciences, attained in 2017.
