Martha Rispens is currently a Leerkrachtondersteuner at IKC Warande under Stichting SchOOL Lelystad, a position held since March 2018, and also serves as an Onderwijsassistent. In early 2018, Martha Rispens was a candidate for the local elections as a council member for GroenLinks. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Lerarenopleiding Basisonderwijs (PABO) at Windesheim since September 2023, Martha Rispens previously studied at Noorderpoort College Groningen.
