Charlotte Roodenburg is an experienced educator and business owner with a strong background in supporting children's cognitive and social-emotional development. Currently serving as a Docent Nederlands at OVO Zaanstad since August 2021, Charlotte has also owned Uitblinkerz Waterland since August 2016, where the focus is on providing individualized guidance to children and young adults. In addition, Charlotte has worked as a Bijles coach at Uitblinkerz, giving personal support to primary school students. Previous roles include a Leerkracht at Stichting CPOW & MOP and various teaching and internship positions in primary education between 2010 and 2016. Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Special Education Needs from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education from Hogeschool IPABO.
