Ben Blom is an experienced educator and theater artist with a strong background in Dutch language instruction and the performing arts. Since August 2017, Ben has served as a Docent Nederlands at both OVO Zaanstad and Compaen VMBO. Ben has also been active as a podiumkunstenaar and theatermaker for Ben Blom - Creactieve Concepten since February 2016. Additional roles include cursusleider en spreker at de mytholoog, where interactive courses and lectures on Greek mythology with a philosophical perspective are delivered. Ben's experience in education includes positions at Saenredam College, IVKO (MSA), and de Nieuwste School, demonstrating a commitment to literacy and cultural education. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Dutch from Fontys Lerarenopleiding Tilburg and a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theater from Fontys Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Tilburg.
