Arjan de Lange holds extensive experience in education and personal leadership development. Currently, Arjan serves as an Onderwijsadviseur and Covey trainer at CPS since February 2020, while also co-founding De Meesterz to provide lectures and training on personal leadership across various sectors. As the owner of Kies je koers, Arjan promotes guidance in achieving successful and fulfilling lives. A specialist in the Leader in Me program, Arjan worked at Stichting Meerkring since its inception in March 2008. Previous roles include serving as an education coordinator at 365 Dagen Succesvol and a teacher and team leader at OBS Atlantis. Arjan began the career as an ICT coordinator and group teacher at Kbs De Cirkel, following a Bachelor’s degree in primary education from Ichthus Hogeschool Rotterdam.
