Maartje Steijvers is an experienced professional in the field of education and behavioral science, currently serving as the Owner of Kleurrijk in ontwikkeling since April 2011, where team coaching is conducted based on the Insights Discovery color model. Since September 2017, Maartje has also been an Orthopedagogue at Stichting Kerobei, providing support to schools and parents in finding suitable educational placements for students. Previous roles include serving as a Behavioral Scientist at Onderwijsgroep Buitengewoon, where responsibilities included coaching students and teams, and ensuring effective educational practices.
