Wim Hendriks is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in project management, particularly in student housing and construction. Currently serving as Project Leader at DUWO Student Housing since September 2017, Wim is responsible for developing and realizing student housing projects. As the owner of Hendriks Bouwmanagement & Advies since January 2014, Wim provides consultancy and guidance on real estate issues. Previous roles include Real Estate Manager at COA and Project Manager at organizations such as Rondom Wonen and Weboma Vastgoed, where Wim managed various construction projects from initiation to completion. Wim holds several degrees, including a post HBO in Sustainable Energy and a Commercial Engineering degree in Construction from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, alongside multiple ongoing educational pursuits in related fields.
