Ineke Sanders-Talens has extensive experience in human resources, application management, and software development. Currently serving as Functioneel applicatiebeheerder for AFAS and SDB Planning at Stichting De Tussenvoorziening since August 2015, Ineke has also held multiple personnel-related roles within the organization. Previous experience includes HR medewerker at Verizon, with responsibilities such as managing sick cases, updating policies, and addressing employee inquiries, as well as Business Process Manager and Quote and Order Desk Manager roles within Verizon and ING. Ineke began a career in software development at Sociaal Fonds Bouwnijverheid and Cordares, developing and maintaining various applications. Educational qualifications include HR-related training from LOI and Leidse Onderwijs Instellingen, alongside ITIL Foundation certification and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from Hanze.
