Erica Parlevliet currently holds the position of Bestuurssecretaris at Stichting Meer Primair since September 2024 and serves as a Toezichthouder in het onderwijs at Stichting Andreas College since December 2023, where Erica also chairs the Remuneratiecommissie and is a member of the RvT. Erica has been a Senior Adviseur HR at ASKO scholen since August 2022, providing strategic advice. Prior experience includes roles as Beleidsadviseur HR and Bestuurssecretaris at Resonans speciaal onderwijs from August 2008 to October 2022, along with HR-adviseur at LEV Scholengroep West-Nederland in the first half of 2022. Earlier positions include Directiesecretaresse at Mytylschool De Vierbot and Notarieel medewerker at Verhees Notarissen from 1996 to 2002.
