Ralph Claessens is an experienced retail operations professional with a strong background in managing large-scale retail environments. Currently serving as the Retail Operations Manager for stichd within the PUMA SE Group since September 2022, Ralph leads operations for PUMA Football club stores, including Manchester City FC and pop-up locations. Prior to this role, Ralph spent 15 years at Foot Locker EMEA, where responsibilities included overseeing customer experience and sales for 39 stores in the Netherlands as Country Manager, along with various district and operations managerial positions across multiple European countries. Ralph holds a degree in Small Business & Retail Management.
