Neil Pierce is an experienced professional in plant operations and safety management, currently serving as the Plant Training Manager at STI Polymer since June 2013, where significant contributions include redeveloping the Permit Required Confined Space program and overseeing training for operators. Previous roles at STI Polymer include Production Manager and Lead Mechanic, focused on maintenance and improvements. Prior experience at Arclin involved manufacturing formaldehyde-based resins, while a lengthy career in the United States Navy, spanning from 1990 to 2010, included various management roles overseeing repair divisions and safety operations across multiple warships. Neil holds an Associate’s degree in General Studies from Liberty University, earned between 2008 and 2010.
