Rita Elliott-Greathouse is an experienced educator and specialist in early childhood education, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at National Louis University since August 2018, teaching infant and toddler and early childhood online courses. Since October 2010, Rita has also worked with STG International, Inc. as an Early Childhood Education Specialist, providing training and technical assistance to Head Start and Early Head Start grantees in Illinois. Additionally, Rita has held roles at Kendall College and Booz Allen Hamilton, where valuable training and support were provided to Early Head Start and Head Start programs in Wisconsin. Rita's career includes a position as Child Services Manager at McHenry County Head Start, where supervision and professional development for teachers were key responsibilities. Rita holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Early Childhood Education and Advocacy, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National Louis University.
