Lisa Clement has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract administration. Lisa started their career at Raytheon where they worked as a Subcontract Administrator, negotiating and managing multimillion-dollar agreements. Lisa then joined Citizens Communications, where they served as a Senior Buyer, Manager of Procurement, and Director of Procurement, leading the company's procurement and contract administration functions. During their time at Citizens Communications, they successfully merged departments, established standardized agreement templates, and implemented a database for contract administration. Lisa also worked at Consolidated Communications as a Senior Purchasing Agent and later as a Consultant, where they developed and executed training programs and supported system upgrades. Prior to that, they owned Bead Sprouts, LP, a gift market industry company where they designed and manufactured decorative beaded plant hangers and wine accessories. Lisa's work at Bead Sprouts also included inventing several products that received recognition. Lisa currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing at Stewart Title.

Lisa Clement has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing/Communications from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from The University of Dallas. Lisa also attended Hockaday School, but their degree and field of study are not mentioned.
