Erin Quinlan Riley is an experienced real estate transactional attorney currently serving as Vice President & Counsel at Asset Preservation, Inc. since July 2019. Previously, Erin held the position of Shareholder at Boutin Jones from September 2010 to June 2019, and worked as an Attorney at McDonough Holland & Allen, PC from July 2003 to September 2010. Throughout these roles, Erin has specialized in leases, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and redevelopment, while also providing environmental regulatory advice related to due diligence and potential liability risks in real estate transactions. Erin earned a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law between 1999 and 2002, and holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies (Bio/Geology) from the University of the Pacific, completed from 1995 to 1998.
