Elizabeth Fisher recently launched her own consulting and executive coaching business, working with executive teams and senior leaders on developing better communications and leadership practices. Prior, she was a partner and head of the global Financial Services Practice at Spencer Stuart with extensive experience serving corporate clients, including Private Equity backed firms. She has worked with numerous executive teams, as well as boards of directors, in advising them on recruiting and retaining top talent. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, she was president and CEO of BrownCo, a subsidiary of JPMorgan Asset & Wealth Management Group, and had additional responsibility for JPMorgan’s defined contribution business. Before joining JPMorgan, she was an executive vice president with Fidelity Investments in Boston, where her responsibilities included product management and marketing for institutional and intermediary clients. Previously, she was with Union Bank of California in Los Angeles, where she was CEO of the brokerage subsidiary. She has a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Boston College. In addition to her work with clients, she is an active member in the Bay Area philanthropic community and the Nobel Women’s Initiative.
