Dave Rezendes has extensive experience in physician recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Physician Recruitment Specialist at Steward Health Care, where responsibility includes full-cycle recruitment for nine hospitals in Massachusetts. Before this role, Dave held positions as a Senior Physician Recruiter at Brine Group and the New England Physician Recruitment Center, focusing on academic physician recruitment for over 1,000 healthcare facilities in the Northeast. Previous experience includes leadership roles such as President & CEO of Franchise Research Consultants, and account management positions in print services and healthcare solutions, including work at Ricoh Business Systems and AT&T. Dave holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
