Ivan Machakwa is an experienced Networks Engineer currently working at Steward Bank since July 2021, focusing on researching emerging network technologies and configuring both new and existing network equipment. Prior to this role, Machakwa served as an Engineer in Systems Integration at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, where planning and coordinating installations of core network systems were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes an ICT Engineer position at Agribank, managing the bank’s core network infrastructure and overseeing various system upgrades and integrations. Additional roles at PrintWorks Zimbabwe and BancABC provided expertise in server management, technical support, and network troubleshooting. Ivan Machakwa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the National University of Science and Technology.
