Richard D. Williams Jr is an experienced professional in retail management, currently serving as Product Category Manager at Steves & Sons, Inc. since July 2022. Previously held roles include Category Manager and Area Manager at Circle K, as well as Store Manager at CST Brands Incorporated, where significant contributions to retail operations and employee management were made. Rich's career began as an Assistant Store Manager at Wal-Mart, where exemplary performance in customer engagement and resource management was demonstrated. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, completed in August 2023.
