Liliana Delman serves as the Director of Student Culture and Belonging and the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Stevens Institute of Technology since March 2019, after previously holding the position of Assistant Director for Diversity Education. Prior to this role, Delman worked at Colorado College as the Coordinator of Mentoring and Diversity Initiatives from July 2015 to March 2019. Other experiences include serving as the Training Coordinator for the ā€œLetā€™s Talkā€ Dialogue Series and a Graduate Research Assistant at Miami University, along with positions at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco and Smith College Residence Life. Delman's academic background includes a Master of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Miami University and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Urban Studies from Smith College.
