Gerbrand Smidt is an experienced Tekenaar/constructeur with a solid background in engineering and project management. Currently employed at Stevens Engineering since May 2017, Gerbrand previously worked at Vicoma from July 2010 to December 2016, performing tasks related to piping engineering. Prior roles include Project medewerker/Productiemedewerker at Forbo Flooring Systems, where research and maintenance were key responsibilities, and a Production Worker position at Laude Cheesemoulds. Gerbrand’s experience also includes a Mechanical Engineering Internship at Jendamark Automation, where 2D and 3D designs were developed, and a Research And Development Internship at Fokker Aerostructures, focusing on the production processes. Gerbrand holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Werktuigbouwkunde from Stenden, completed in 2009, after graduating from the Regionale Scholengemeenschap Ter Apel in 2005.
