Max Smale is a highly experienced Project Manager specializing in Development and Nuclear operations at Steve Vick International Ltd since January 2025. Prior to this role, Max managed a £18.5 million program at Wessex Water, focusing on transitioning the regional telemetry system to an IP-enabled communications route. Max's extensive project management experience includes acting as Project Manager and Project Engineer on various schemes, overseeing project scoping, design, procurement, and execution. Max also holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with Composites from the University of Plymouth.
