Robert Dundon has an extensive work experience in the fashion and retail industry. Robert currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Stetson, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Stetson from April 2021 to March 2023.
Before joining Stetson, Dundon worked at Pentland Brands as the SVP Americas from March 2017 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the profit and loss of the Americas portfolio of footwear and sport brands. Robert successfully led the turnaround of Lacoste and Ted Baker footwear and drove growth with key customers such as Nordstrom, Macy's, and Amazon.
From 2015 to 2016, Dundon served as the Managing Director USA at Rituals. Robert created and executed the business strategy for launching the European beauty brand in the US, including retail expansion, wholesale, e-commerce, marketing, and recruitment.
Prior to that, Dundon worked at FF Group North America as the President North America, Links of London/Folli Follie from January 2012 to August 2014. Robert led the business transformation of the fashion watch and jewelry business, reversing a 24-month decline in sales and implementing innovative marketing initiatives.
Dundon also has experience at Fossil Group, Inc. as the Senior Director of Sales-MICHELE from July 2010 to December 2011, where they led global sales for a luxury brand. Robert was selected by the CEO and managed a team focused on increasing market share.
Before that, Dundon held the role of President US Thomas Pink Inc. at LVMH from 2006 to 2009. Robert directed the luxury menswear apparel brand and drove retail stores and leased concessions.
Lastly, Dundon worked at Paul Smith Inc. from 2000 to 2006 as the General Manager. Robert played a crucial role in growing the British fashion brand's presence and re-positioning it as a fashion leader in the North American market.
