Kate Mootz is a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with extensive experience in assessing and treating K-12 clients at the Stern Center for Language and Learning since March 2020. Prior to this role, Kate worked at Jericho Elementary School within the Chittenden East Supervisory Union from August 2014 to June 2019, addressing various speech, language, and social communication challenges. With a strong foundation in speech language pathology, acquired through a Master's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, Kate has also held positions in several educational settings, including Barre City Elementary and Southern Maine Speech and Language Services, while engaging in outdoor education and content writing during earlier experiences.
