Prior experience includes a role as Senior Production Technologist at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, where Jan contributed to new product introduction, protocol writing, technology transfer, and compliance with MHRA audits, along with extensive processing techniques and adherence to cGMP and GLP standards. Earlier positions include Assay Scientist at Helena Biosciences and various roles in the hospitality and healthcare sectors, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology from Northumbria University.
