Andrea joined Sterling in 2022. Prior to joining Sterling, she worked at ConocoPhillips in corporate FP&A, supporting budgeting, planning, and project management for global IT. Andrea graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas with a B.B.A. in Finance and Supply Chain Management and a minor in Economics from the Walton College of Business.
