LeRoy Ferch is an experienced property manager currently with The Sterling Group since September 2010, where responsibilities include resident retention, contractor management, budget development, corporate communications, and property assessment. Prior to this role, LeRoy served as Lead Maintenance at Mid States Fiberglass from December 2008 to June 2012, handling scheduling, billing, collections, customer relations, and fiberglass repair and refinishing. LeRoy pursued education at Ivy Tech Community College from 2004 to 2005.
