Jaulanda Davenport Perry, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Quality Control at Sterling Bank & Trust, FSB, since July 2017, where responsibilities include leading advisory activities, conducting special reviews, and managing investigations related to risk and fraud. This role also involves delivering reports to executive leadership and facilitating interactions with regulators across California, Michigan, and New York to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to this position, Jaulanda worked at the State of Michigan from July 2006 to July 2017 as a Certified Senior Financial Institution Examiner, overseeing a team and investigating consumer complaints while standardizing departmental operations through enforcement guidelines. Jaulanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Oakland University and a Master of Business Administration in the same field from the University of Phoenix.
