Kaylee van der Steeg - van Gastel has a comprehensive background in youth care, currently serving as an Ambulant Jeugd- en Gezinsprofessional B at Sterk Huis since April 2020, focusing on intensive treatment for youth. Prior roles at the same organization include Jeugd- en Gezinsprofessional C and D, primarily within the 14+ Behandelgroep Mandela. Kaylee gained earlier experience at Stichting Juzt as a Jeugdzorgwerker D, facilitating independence for 16-year-olds, while also mentoring and managing activities. Additionally, Kaylee contributed to the Augeo Foundation as a trainer, providing specialized training for professionals working with children from separated families. Other relevant experience includes positions in pedagogical support and sales roles from 2009 to 2018.
