Matt London is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at STERIS since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Eaton, where Matt advanced from Manager to Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Operations between July 2010 and November 2021. Prior to Eaton, Matt was the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Compensation at PPC Broadband, Inc. from August 2006 to July 2010, focusing on recruitment and employee relations within a connector technology manufacturing environment. Matt began the career as a Staffing Specialist at Hand Held Products from 2002 to 2006. Matt holds an MBA from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Labor Relations & Human Resources from Le Moyne College.
