Currently serving as Regional Maintenance and Facilities Manager at STERIS Isomedix Services since July 2022, Farris previously held several roles, including Critical Systems Maintenance Supervisor at Alcon and Lead Maintenance Technician at The Coca-Cola Company. Farris's expertise encompasses mechanical troubleshooting, automation, and data analysis, managing teams of technicians to ensure efficient operations in complex manufacturing environments. Farris's career began with the US Navy, where oversight of nuclear power plant systems laid a solid foundation for subsequent technical and leadership roles.
