Lou Gornick has extensive experience in human resources and information systems, currently serving as the Vice President of HR Shared Services at Stericycle since September 2016, overseeing Global HRIS, HR Data Entry and Audit, Payroll, Compliance, Onboarding, and HR Help Desk teams. Prior to this, Lou held various roles at Mondelēz International, including Associate Director of Global Technology & Process and Associate Business Systems Manager for SAP, where contributions were made to HR processes and SAP-HR system support. Lou's earlier career includes positions at Ulta, SBC/Ameritech, and ULTA Beauty, featuring expertise in retail systems, telecommunications applications, and overall systems coordination.
